TOCSIN was the first narrative film of this scope to be made by an all-Cayman production crew. Weeks before shooting, the producers hosted educational workshops on industry standard protocols, safety and set etiquette. It was a unique opportunity with over 40 artists collaborating on the project. Especially with the inclusion of Hollywood actor/producer Garrett Hedlund, (a beloved visitor to the island) who participated as a way to show his support for the burgeoning local film industry.
