Post-Nup is a Comedic animated series about a young couple that loves each other deeply, yet still struggles through the normal conflicts that pepper every marriage. In this episode, Gaby notices Omar's restlessness and suggests meditation. Omar is reluctant, until Gaby begins to get competitive about it. A meditation competition ensues, ending with Gaby and Omar both dismayed by what they discover in their minds.
